Barista

Hamlet is a friendly local eatery in the heart of Wokingham consisting of a deli, bistro and speciality coffee maker designed to champion local produce.

Opened in spring 2021 we're on the hunt for a barista to aid the growth of the coffee experience here at Hamlet. Working alongside the owners and local roaster the barista will help craft the foundations of all things coffee. We hope this to be an exciting prospect for someone keen to hone their skills, develop and grow with the business as this is our first site in what we hope to be a strong infrastructure in the years to come. We are independent and run on an ethos that searches for perfection.

Responsibilities:

Helping day-to-day operations around coffee

Maintain relationships with vendors

Ensure all hygiene standards are met

Help develop our range of offering

Requirements:

Attention to detail

Good foundational coffee knowledge and passion

Hands-on experience with professional equipment

Availability to work within opening hours (including weekends and holidays)

Good communication skills

Positive attitude with customers
